- That there is only one true and living God, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost, and the are one. 1st John 5:7, St. John 10:30 and 17:11.
- That the scriptures of the old and new testaments are the only rule of the faith and practice. Revelations 22:18-19, Deuteronomy 4:2.
- That God’s people were chosen in Christ before the foundation of the world, out of the Adamic family. Ephesians 1:4-5, Romans 8:29-30, 9:3, and 9:15.
- In the original sin. Romans 5:12, 3:10-18, Ephesians 2:1.
- That man is unable to recover himself from the fallen state he is in by his own free will and ability. Jeremiah 13:23, John 6:44.
- That justification is only by the imputed righteousness of Christ. Romans 4:6-11, James 2:23, Isaiah 61:3.
- That His people are called, regenerated, and sanctified by the Holy Spirit. 2nd Timothy 8:15, Jude 1:5, 1st Peter 2:9, Revelations 17:14.
- That the saints will be preserved in grace and never fall finally away. John 6:45, 10:27-29, 1st Peter 1:5, Hebrews 8:10-12, Romans 8:38-39.
- That baptism and the Lord’s supper are ordinances of Jesus Christ and washing the saint’s feet is an example of Jesus Christ to be observed in Church capacity and that baptism is by immersion. Mark 1:3-5, Acts 8:37-38, Romans 6:4, Luke 22:19-20, John 13:14-15.
- In the resurrection of the dead and the general judgement and that the joys of the righteous and punishment of the wicked will be eternal. 1st Corinthians 15:20-58, Revelations 20:1-15.
- That no minister has the right to administer the ordinances of the gospel, except those coming regularly baptized and ordained by a presbytery. Hebrew 5:4, Acts 9:15.
- That none but baptized believers can commune at the Lord’s table.
- That the development of God’s Kingdom and the gift of spiritual life are the unaided work of the Holy Spirit, that the ministers and bible are designed to correct and instruct the redeemed. That all institutions and secret fraternal societies, claiming to aid in the eternal salvation of souls are only inventions of man and fruitful sources of strife and contention and with such we will have no fellowship.
- God has predestinated us unto the adoption of children, by Jesus Christ, to Himself according to the good pleasure of His will and exhorts and warns believers unto faithful obedience, but that all sin and disobedience were not predestinated by God, but are prompted by the spirit of Him that now worketh in the children of wrath.
